Home Specialist

Couto Homes is looking for a Home Specialist to guide prospective homeowners through the early stages of building a custom home. This client-facing sales role is centered around understanding each family’s needs, developing the right home and project scope, and creating a clear path from initial conversation to contract.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with prospective homeowners and learn their priorities, lifestyle, budget, and vision for their home.

• Guide clients through floor plans, features, architectural options, materials, and other decisions that shape the scope of their project.

• Help clients understand pricing and the financial impact of their decisions throughout the sales process.

• Develop detailed project scopes and contract packages that accurately reflect client expectations and project requirements.

• Maintain consistent communication and help clients understand what to expect throughout the homebuilding process.

• Proactively address questions or concerns and help clients navigate decisions with confidence.

• Work closely with Design, CAD, Operations, and other Couto Homes teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales into the next phases of the building process.

• Work toward established sales goals while maintaining the relationship-focused approach that defines the Couto Homes experience.

• Self-motivation with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.

• A collaborative mindset and commitment to creating an exceptional customer experience.

Experience in residential homebuilding, real estate, sales, or another client-facing role is preferred.
