Our Process is Streamlined.
There are a few simple steps to complete before the reality of your dream home can come true. Here is what you need to concentrate on first:
1. Find the Perfect Lot
You can build your custom home right where you want it! The first step in building with Couto Homes is finding a property that you love. Choose among the lots we already own, or you can purchase a lot within our build area.
2. Design
- Utilizing our interactive floor plans, you can modify any of our floor plans with live pricing. Find the one that best suits your wants, needs, and budget. (You are not limited to online modifications, but get as close to what you’d like before your meeting.)
- Meet with our Information Specialist where you’ll learn the ins and outs of your Couto Homes journey.
- Meet with your Home Specialist to perfect your floor plan to exactly what you envision. He/she will work closely with our CAD Team, and you will receive your blueprints and a 3D rendering before any commitment. You will go over revisions with your Home Specialist and together, you’ll get your home perfected.
- Meet with your Design Specialist to choose your state-of-the-art interior and exterior selections. Your personal Design Specialist will work with you to bring your vision to life when it comes to selections.
- Sign your Construction Contract.
3. Build Your Home
Once you meet your Project Manager, he/she will keep you informed every step of the way with photographs, timelines, and constant communication within our client portal regarding the progress of your home.
4. Enjoy
Here is the moment you’ve longed for and envisioned! You’ll receive the keys to your new Couto Home! For your convenience, your closing will take place right in your home. You’ll be happy to know that once you’ve got the keys, we’re still here for you. Our warranty department will take good care of you should any issues arise over the next year.
