Our Team

Our team includes CAD Designers, Design Specialist, engineers, and quality control staff all under one roof. When you finish with one stage of the process, your specialist will give your project to the next in-house teammate with your wants, needs, and expectations at the forefront of mind. Your Home Specialist will guide you through this entire process.

Information Specialist

You will meet with the Information Specialist to understand the Couto Homes building process and discuss floor plans that fit your needs. They will communicate back and forth with you to ensure you have everything in place before you sit down with your Home Specialist.

Home Specialist

Your Home Specialist will sit down with you and listen to your wants and needs for your chosen floor plan. You will work together to make the appropriate modifications within your budget to make your dream home become reality.

Drafting

Your CAD Designer works closely with your Home Specialist to draw your blueprints exactly how you envision. You receive a total of 6 drafts during the drafting process. After each draft, your Home Specialist will get your approval or revisions.

Design Specialist

Your Design Specialist will strive to make this an easy, fun, and rewarding experience. They will help you choose the designs and colors of all items going into the home within your budget.

Project Manager

Your Project Manager will be in charge of managing and overseeing your new home’s construction from start to finish. They will be in touch with you on a continuous basis to ensure that every detail meets your standards.

Warranty Department

Your Project Manager will walk the home room by room with you prior to move-in to ensure your complete satisfaction. Once you move in, our Warranty Department will be there to promptly address any concerns you may have.
