Our Midlothian office will provide a convenient location for families in Ellis County and surrounding areas to start the homebuilding process and explore the possibilities of a custom home.
Join Us for the Ribbon Cutting
We’d love for you to celebrate with us at our Ribbon Cutting with the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, October 30th! The event runs from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with the official ribbon cutting at 12:00 PM. Stop by to meet our team, enjoy Spice of Life Mobile Foods, grab some Couto swag, and enter raffle drawings, all while taking a closer look at our new office. It’s a fun way to connect, learn about our homebuilding process, and kick off this exciting new chapter with us!
New Model Home in Azalea Hollow
We’re also building our second Model Home in the beautiful, gated community of Azalea Hollow in Midlothian. This Marion Executive Series floor plan will be ready this winter, and we can’t wait! This new Model Home is part of our continued growth in Midlothian, giving families another way to experience the Couto difference firsthand.
